GUILTY!
Yes I am guilty, I love this very easy way to apply your eye makeup without creating a mess. I love it because it is easy to do. Do I need to explain it? Just look at how she applies the darker eye shadow on top of the lighter layer. All you have to do to make it less harsh looking is to blend the line softly , and done!
